The aims of the HEIRS opening symposium are:
To promote research synthesis in human evolution, showcasing a range of synthesis approaches (especially the collaborative ones), across different disciplines related to human evolution.
To present the functioning of HEIRS and the tools it will offer to scholars.
To reflect about the challenges of research synthesis in human evolution and the solutions.
